General Rules & Regulations

•    Parents are expected to be in touch with the school authority at regular intervals to ensure the overall progress and conduct of their wards.

•    Parents are required to submit a medical certificate about the general health after getting a thorough medical check-up of their wards before taking admission .Those suffering from chronic illness, bed wetting etc. will not be admitted to hostel. Any adverse drug reactions of the ward should also be informed by the parents to the hostel superintendent. Only allopathic treatment is available in our school dispensary. 

•    Parents are not allowed to visit the school after 6:00 P.M. Gate Pass is not issued after 6:00 P.M. to the hostel students.

•    Parents have to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing discipline and should insist their wards to abide by the rules and regulations prescribed by the school.

•    Students are prohibited from brining valuable articles to school. Keeping of cell phone, electronics items, weapons of any kind, pocket money, etc. with the students is not permitted. The students who are in possession of these items are to be penalised which the school deems proper.

•    The student who cause damage to school property will be charged a fine of    Rs.2,000/-

•    The school will not be held responsible if a student leaves the campus without prior permission of the concerned authorities.

Accreditation With National Open School

The school is also an Accredited Institution (AI No. : 030042) of National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), New Delhi for Secondary and Senior Secondary Courses both in English and Hindi medium. Students of all streams; Arts, Science and Commerce appear every year at Secondary and Senior Secondary Examination of NIOS under our Programme Study Centre. 


Examination and Promotion

The school curriculum follows Term-wise Assessment pattern under New Education Policy of Central Board of Secondary Education. Four Formative and two Summative Assessments are conducted during a session in two semesters. Grades / Grade points are awarded on the overall performance of the students in scholastic and co-scholastic areas during the academic session. Attendance of students in all assessments is compulsory.

School Uniform

The school uniform is compulsory on all working days. Parents and guardians are requested to adhere strictly to the following specifications regarding the school uniform. Each student must have at least three sets of uniform. Parents may collect samples of uniform from the office.

Ceremonial Dress

Complete white dress including white canvas shoes and socks are prescribed for both the boys and girls of all classes as Ceremonial Dress. Ceremonial dress is to be worn on Saturday and on the Day when any function is held in the school.

Uniforms including School Bag, Badge, Belt and Tie can be had from the school store. The school endeavours to inculcate the habit of cleanliness and neatness in students. Parents are requested to see that their children always turn out smart not only during school hours or inside school campus but also at public places.

It is compulsory for the students to wear the above approved school uniform. A pupil whose general appearance does not conform to the rule of neatness, may be sent back home by the school authorities.
